• ii. When you send emails or other communications to us, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our Services;
• iii. We may also collect your billing information such as credit card/ debit card details, bank account number etc., which you may provide us for the purpose of making payment against our Services;

If you don’t provide your personal information to us, you may not be able to access or use our Service or your experience of using our Service may not be as enjoyable. We also collect information relating to your usage of the Petpooja Studio necessary for the purpose of providing you with the best possible Service.

This information may include but not limit to your user ID, access token, public profile details, or any data you've allowed that third party service to share with us. If you use or integrate third-party services with our Platform, we may exchange relevant information with those third-party services. Similarly, if you interact with us on social media (like Instagram, Facebook, X etc.) and share your content, we may receive details such as your username, profile photo, videos, and comments.

1.3 Information Collected via Cookies/ Beacons

• i. We use temporary and permanent cookies and we obtain certain types of information when you access the app or advertisements and other content served on the Platform to secure and enhance your overall experience of using our Services. This information may include, but not limited to your web request, internet protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request, how you interact with our Platform, details about your internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data. IN CASE YOU WISH TO USE THE PLATFORM, YOU MAY ONLY DO SO UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN, AND MUST NOT PROVIDE US WITH ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. WE DO NOT KNOWINGLY COLLECT OR PROCESS PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 WITHOUT APPROPRIATE PARENTAL CONSENT. If you no longer wish to receive push notifications, you may turn them off at your device level.

• 2.8 We may analyze your feedbacks and activity to train algorithms for features like background removal, Image suggestions, and personalized search. If you wish to opt out of the same you may do so via privacy settings.

*Where the legal basis for us processing your Personal Information is that you have provided your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. • ii. Right to Correction/Erasure: You can ask us to correct, complete, or delete your personal data.
• iii. Right to Grievance Redressal: You can raise complaints and escalate them to the Data Protection Board if unresolved.
• iv. Right to Nominate: You can nominate someone to manage your data rights in case of your death or incapacity.

3.4 How To Exercise Your Rights

• Depending on the circumstances and the nature of your request it may not be possible for us to do what you have asked, for example, where there is a statutory or contractual requirement for us to process your Personal Information and it would not be possible to fulfil our legal obligations if we were to stop. In this event, we will stop the processing as soon as such processing is no longer necessary for the provision of the Services. • 4.4 You acknowledge that we shall not be liable to you under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from or arise out of, or a breach or, or compromise of registration of your account with us and/or your ability or inability to use your account.

5. Retention of Personal Information

• 5.1 Your Personal Information will not be kept for longer than is necessary to fulfil the specific purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, and to allow Us to comply with relevant legal requirements.
• 5.2 Any data (other than Personal Information) we do hold onto will be anonymous and any Personal Information which we retain will be retained in accordance with internal data retention policies, as applicable and in accordance with applicable laws, from time to time.
• 5.3 The rest of the data (other than Personal Information) is therefore anonymous and will be used to analyse general market and website trends but without an identifiable personal information.

• 7.1 You understand that Petpooja Studio not only provides Services directly from the Company, it also provides certain Services through API integration of certain third-party service providers.
• 7.2 You agree and acknowledge that we shall appoint certain third-party vendors and service providers to provide such services in Petpooja Studio or facilitate the provision of Services in Petpooja Studio. Whenever Petpooja Studio redirects you to the platforms / apps owned by such third-party service providers, such third party service providers shall have access to your Personal Information, which may be recorded by such third party service providers as required under the applicable law. When you agree to use the Petpooja Studio and subscribe to the Services provided by the Company through Petpooja Studio, you understand and acknowledge that there are third party vendors involved in the marketplace services and you agree to accept the privacy notice/ policy provided on the website or apps or platforms of such third-party vendors. Further, we shall not have any access to such personal information recorded by the third-party service providers and thus we shall not be held liable for any breach of confidentiality obligations by any third-party service providers. We are not aware of the modus operandi of such third-party vendors individually. It is your duty to study and understand the privacy terms of such third-party sites.

8. Updating, Modifying and Deletion of Information

• 8.1 You can update or modify or delete your Personal Information that is provided by you at the time of registration on our Petpooja Studio by accessing your account on such platforms.

• 8.3 Upon cancellation or termination of your account/subscription, we reserve the right to retain Personal Information as may be required to comply with legal obligations or our business model for a limited period, until such time we have the necessity to store your Personal Information.

10. Governing Law

This Privacy Notice shall be governed by the laws of India and courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out of this Notice.
