We, Prayosha Food Services Private Limited ("we", "us", "our", “Company”), respect the privacy of everyone who visits this website Petpooja Studio, uses the desktop application and/or uses our mobile applications (the website, desktop application and the mobile application are collectively called, the “Petpooja Studio/ Platform”). The Company has created the Petpooja Studio and licensed the use of the same, as part of its business operations. The Services (as defined in Terms) are rendered by the Company through Petpooja Studio. We are highly committed to protect your personal information. As a result, we would like to inform you how we collect, process, store and use your personal information. We recommend that you read this privacy notice (hereinafter referred to as “Notice”) so that you understand our approach towards the use of your personal data. - i. Your name, gender/ sex, email address, phone number, addresses, birth dates while you create account on our Platform or submit any such details on our Platform for the purpose of inquire, query etc.;
- ii. When you send emails or other communications to us, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our Services;
- iii. We may also collect your billing information such as credit card/ debit card details, bank account number etc., which you may provide us for the purpose of making payment against our Services;
If you don’t provide your personal information to us, you may not be able to access or use our Service or your experience of using our Service may not be as enjoyable. We also collect information relating to your usage of the Petpooja Studio necessary for the purpose of providing you with the best possible Service.

This information may include but not limit to your user ID, access token, public profile details, or any data you've allowed that third party service to share with us. - 7.2 You agree and acknowledge that we shall appoint certain third-party vendors and service providers to provide such services in Petpooja Studio or facilitate the provision of Services in Petpooja Studio. Whenever Petpooja Studio redirects you to the platforms / apps owned by such third-party service providers, such third party service providers shall have access to your Personal Information, which may be recorded by such third party service providers as required under the applicable law. When you agree to use the Petpooja Studio and subscribe to the Services provided by the Company through Petpooja Studio, you understand and acknowledge that there are third party vendors involved in the marketplace services and you agree to accept the privacy notice/ policy provided on the website or apps or platforms of such third-party vendors. Further, we shall not have any access to such personal information recorded by the third-party service providers and thus we shall not be held liable for any breach of confidentiality obligations by any third-party service providers.
